What is beef jerky?
From the Quecha word, ch'arki, jerky is dried, seasoned meat. In the United States ch'arki was Anglicised as jerky. In Hawaiian, it is known as Pipikaula, which roughly translates to "dried meat". Every culture in the world has its own variation of jerky, which is one of humanity's first processed snack food products.

Every batch is made with hand-butchered and hand-selected whole beef cuts, and marinaded in small batches with top quality ingredients.

While our recipe does not include any significant sources of gluten, it is made with some fermented ingredients that may include gluten in its manufacturing process. If you are allergic to gluten, it is recommended that you do not consume our products.
